HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT
Duties:
  1. Maintains the personnel records of employees.
  2. Screen applicants for employment.
  3. Informs job applicants, by telephone or letter, of their acceptance or rejection for employment.
  4. Records and answers questions about employee absences and supervisory reports on job performance.
  5. Prepares reports for managers elsewhere in the organization.
  6. Contacts government bodies, i.e. Social Insurance Bank, Federal and Island Labour offices, Inspectorate of Taxes, Immigration, and Island Receiver.
  7. Prepares doctor's card for employees.
  8. Prepares badges, passes, and identification cards.
  9. Keeps track of vacancies throughout the organization and complete and post vacancies internally and externally.
  10. Conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind terminations.
  11. Provides authorized information from the employee's personnel records to Banks and Finance companies.
  12. Provides payroll department with changes to employees records.
  13. Keeps monthly employees mutations within the organization.
  14. Takes minutes of meetings when needed.
  15. Performs other duties in alignment with education and training.
    Requirements:
  1. College education or equivalent
  2. Proficient in English and Dutch language (oral and written)
  3. Proficient in Word Processing
  4. Knowledge of Labour Laws - Netherlands Antilles
  5. Dutch/Antillean nationality
