WELCOME

Flamboyant Employment Services (FES), a newly established staffing service on St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles, began its operation on September 1, 2002. Opening its doors for business at a period of time when the economic climate on St. Maarten gives way to much uncertainty. Whereby full-time employment opportunities are at an all time low. Businesses closing their doors, reducing staff or shortening the work week.

Realizing the economic dilemma that's taking place on St. Maarten, the idea to start an employment service was conceived.

Whenever an employer needs to hire one person for one day or longer, a group of people for a few weeks or an employee for a direct hire position the employer doesn't have to handle the process. Whatever duration or skill level that may be required, FES puts its resources to work.

A variety of skills will be focused on, labourers, office & clerical, industrial, technical, professional, health care and hospitality, in St. Maarten's industry and commerce. FES, in its initial stages of operation, targets those firms who are seeking temporary staffing on a daily or short-term basis.

With its further growth, FES will venture into more applications of human resources services.
